What areas do you deliver to, is there a fee?
Yes, we do offer delivery! We currently deliver within a 10-mile radius of Mill Creek, WA. There is a flat $10 delivery fee for all orders within that area. If you’re unsure whether your location falls within our delivery zone, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to check for you!
Can I request same-day delivery?
Yes, we do offer same-day delivery! For weekday deliveries of non-event, single arrangement orders, please place your order by 10:00 AM to ensure afternoon or evening arrival. Orders placed after that cutoff will be scheduled for the next delivery day. Please note: same-day delivery is only available Monday through Friday and applies to standard, non-event orders. Larger or event-related deliveries (like weddings or corporate functions) require advance notice. Feel free to reach out—we’re happy to work with your timeline!
Do you offer custom arrangements?
All of our arrangements are custom-made! We design each order using fresh, seasonal flowers and will do our best to match any specific blooms or colors you request. Our flower selection can vary greatly depending on the season and what our partner farms have available. Because of this, we don’t have a fixed list of in-season blooms. However, if you have specific flowers or colors in mind, feel free to include a request—we’ll do our very best to match it with what’s freshest and available at the time of your order.
